Patti starnger ,The Millionaire Matchmaker , lately she amazed people by her fit figure. So How did Patti Stanger, go from a size 8 to a size 2?

SHAPE Magazine just had to find out how she lost the weight and how she’s been keeping it off.

SHAPE: How did you do it?


Patti Stanger: The first thing I did was I decided to take a personal inventory of my refrigerator and I threw out all the crap. Even the frozen section because we forget about that all the time. If you have those moments when you’re jonesing for mac ‘n cheese you’re going to hit it. Then I went gluten-free because it was helping me with my headaches. The third thing I did was reboot my Precor [elliptical]. It was gathering dust with clothes on top of it. I also made a rule, any TV show that I really like, like religion, could not be seen unless I was on the Precor at least once a day.

SHAPE: What’s your number one tip for keeping the weight off?


Patti Stanger: My number one tip is to only cheat once a week and it can only be one meal. I don’t cheat all day.

In a press release, Stanger,  said she lost over 20 pounds by sprinkling a powder called Sensa on her food,  it's an appetite suppressant that supposedly works with your sense of smell and fools the brain and stomach into thinking it's full after you've eaten a little bit.

she likes doing workout, Patti does spinning workouts, which help her burn fat and calories while also toning her leg muscles, also she tries Zumba.

"I was never a fan of working out until I fell in love with spinning at Equinox. I realized with spinning I burn all the fat and it keeps me at red-carpet weight. The better the music, the better the burn."
